Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to support the management of key company accounts and ensure seamless financial operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a solid background in accounting, who excels in coordinating projects, maintaining financial records, and supporting strategic financial goals. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Account Support & Coordination : Assist in developing and maintaining strategic account plans; support the alignment of internal teams to achieve financial efficiency and compliance; coordinate project-related financial activities, including tracking project accounts and supplier payments; collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely payments; monitor project financial performance and flag discrepancies.
• Reporting & Analysis : Track and report key financial metrics such as receivables, payables, and cash flow; prepare regular updates on project payments and financial status for management review.
• Accounting & Compliance : Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and bank reconciliations; assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards; support internal and statutory audit processes; ensure adherence to tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements; aid in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, and inventory.
