Customer Service Forwarding (Import / Export)
Working Time : Monday – Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
Saturday (8.30am – 1.00pm)
Salary : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month (subject to overtime claim)
Basic Rights : Epf, Sosco, MC, AL, Maternity Leave, PH

Responsibilities : -
- Liaise with customer for export / import shipping documents for tracking of shipments.
- Monitor and arrange for delivery of cargo within specified / requested period.
- Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments and to report any irregularities.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints / inquiries via mail or phone in a timely.
- Assist the superior to generate management report whenever required.
- Coordinating with shipping / warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
- Able to coordinate internally and externally on the shipping arrangement, and to ensure. smooth and timely receiving of shipments, arrange pickups and document preparation.

Applicants must be willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Johor.Candidate must be responsible concentrate his / her job to maintain a standard satisfaction level for the customerAbility to work in a team and under pressure in dealing with customer.Must has related experience as a CS ForwardingFamiliar with the port system and custom system.
