Responsibilities :
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate transactions.
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, juices, etc.) according to café standards.
- Assist in preparing light food items as well as bento / tapau (pack meals) when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, kitchen, and equipment.
- Assist in stocking, replenishing, and organizing supplies.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
