Responsibilities
In charge of the strategic acquisition of new customers for commercial mortgage / property backed financingSource for prospective business banking clients for commercial mortgage / property backed financing through tie-ups such as agents, brokers, developers, and lawyersTo achieve agreed sales targets through new business acquisition by selling commercial mortgages productResponsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers or channelsWork closely with customers to enhance and build strong and long-lasting relationship to drive target salesLeverage deep understanding of market & customers dynamic to build and execute business strategies and plansLead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on different business aspectsWork closely with internal stakeholders such as sales team, admin, finance and ops team to ensure timely delivery of productsImplement and execute action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businessesPrepare proposal on commercial terms for products, in accordance with company policiesReport on the activities and products of the competitorsExecute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.Follow up on customer issues, respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions / new productsPerform other related duties as assigned from time to timeQualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer mortgages / property backed financing.Have a strong commercial acumen and the ability to build credibility at the executive levelEntrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can combine your strong commercial instinct, financial knowledge along with an eye for detail and a sense of urgencyA proven track record in the related field.Significant commercial and contract negotiation experienceExperience of working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment and managing a teamExperience in SME lending in banking sectorDigital financing / fintech experiencePartnership experienceBusiness plan / sales strategy planningSolid presentation / communication skillsBenefits
