Develop scientifically accurate, engaging, and compliant copy for a wide range of campaigns targeting both HCP and HCC audiences. Craft content across multiple channels and formats, including but not limited to Visual Aids, Websites, EDMs, Detail Aids, Flyers, Brochures, Leave-behinds, Videos, Social Assets, Patient Education Materials, and Event Collaterals. Translate complex medical and scientific data into clear, concise, and compelling messaging while maintaining creative excellence. Content Development and Research
Source, review, and validate primary references from accredited, peer-reviewed, and globally recognized bodies such as WHO, CDC, PubMed, NCCN, and leading medical journals. Ensure all claims, data, and medical statements are fully referenced and supported by credible scientific literature. Adapt content for different markets while ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Collaboration and Creative Integration
Partner with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, Account Managers, and the Creative Director to deliver campaigns that are both creatively outstanding and medically compliant. Provide guidance to creative teams on how to balance scientific rigor with creative storytelling, ensuring clarity without compromising accuracy. Act as the internal medical subject-matter expert, advising on terminology, tone, and best practices. Compliance and Regulatory Management
Liaise with local, regional, and global Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure all content is compliant with client, industry, and local market standards. Lead and support MLR submissions, addressing queries and revisions efficiently. Stay updated on pharmaceutical marketing regulations (e.g., IFPMA, PhRMA, EFPIA, APAC market regulations) and agency / client compliance guidelines. Therapeutic Expertise
Demonstrate depth in medical writing across multiple therapeutic areas, with strong expertise in oncology, vaccines, immunology, and infectious diseases. Maintain awareness of new scientific developments, treatment guidelines, and competitor activity. Translate therapeutic insights into impactful campaign ideas and messages. Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor, delegate, and inspire. Proven ability to lead client conversations and present scientific and creative concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong ability to interpret complex medical data and translate it into engaging, human-centered communication. Excellent research, referencing, and fact-checking skills. Solid understanding of pharmaceutical compliance frameworks and MLR processes. Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines. Requirements
Master proficiency in Medical Writing. Expert proficiency in Content Strategy. A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. Seniority level
