M&E Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5 years of relevant experience with a main contractor in building construction (Industrial; Commercial, Warehouse projects). Strong ability to coordinate M&E works effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform under pressure. How long is your notice period? What is your expected salary? building construction : 5 years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and check all M&E drawings to identify discrepancies with Architectural and Structural drawings, and manage proper control of M&E drawings on-site.
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the work progress and manpower of all M&E subcontractors.
- Conduct M&E coordination meetings with subcontractors to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
- Ensure all M&E installations are carried out according to tender specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
- Inspect and verify workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Support project management with any other duties as assigned.
