Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Finance and Treasury to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing treasury operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treasury Management

Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.

  • Prepare and review short-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage banking facilities, including loan drawdowns, debt repayments, covenant compliance, and related documentation.
  • Finance & Accounting

    • Oversee the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).

  • Review and validate daily payment received files uploaded to the accounting system.
  • Manage monthly and annual financial closings.
  • Prepare and submit SST (Sales & Service Tax) returns accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support the Finance Controller with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

    • Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or treasury.
  • Solid knowledge of treasury operations and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with AutoCount (or similar accounting systems).
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
