Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least Diploma or higher in 3D, Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent. At least 1 year experience as 3D designer, interior designer or related field. Proficient in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. Able to communicate and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Imaginative and creative in concepts, stage & ambience design. Strong interest in weddings and events and keep up to date with current trends. Self-initiative & motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure. Usage and knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques is an added advantage. Able to work long hours and flexible hours to meet tight deadlines. Base pay range
Job Responsibilities
- Design event spaces for corporate events and weddings as well as festive decoration.
- Work with events manager to understand and translate design briefs into visuals.
- Produce 3D renderings, layout plans and detailed dimension drawings.
- Assist in organizing, planning and executing the design build-ups at events including liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing proposals and concept presentations to full execution turnaround.
- Obtain quotations for related matters and dealing with vendors.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections.
- Have an eye for details and problem solving skills.
