Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical interpretation services across video and telephone platforms.
• Use medical terminology and knowledge to facilitate clear communication between healthcare providers and non‑English speaking patients.
• Work independently and remotely, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Maintain a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment.
• Respond to on‑call requests and schedule appointments as required.
