We are seeking dynamic and motivated Associate Consultants to join our team. As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting senior consultants in delivering high-quality services to our clients. You’ll be the jet fuel to our rocket ship.

You’ll dive into projects, learn the ropes, and perhaps even dazzle our clients with your fresh perspective and can-do attitude.

You will be exposed to various aspects of marketing consultancy, including but not limited to creating business growth, increasing profit, developing marketing strategies, market segmentation, new product development, pricing strategy, and marketing communications plan development. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience and a platform to develop your consulting skills.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy Development & Presentation : Work alongside senior consultants to develop marketing & growth strategies. Transform insights into implementation plans. Organize data and build client presentations with logic, structure, and clarity. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations (we call them decks) for clients, showcasing findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Research and Analysis : Support qualitative and quantitative market research, data collection, and analysis to support consulting projects. Synthesize findings into actionable insights. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the consulting practice.
• Manage Project Deliverables & Timelines : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and in line with client expectations.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services. Assist in conducting client meetings and workshops to gather information and understand client needs.
