Penerangan pekerjaanTo coordinate for the Manager and F&B department on all memo, letters, BEO, reports, meeting minutes, forms and other documents to ensure smooth communication.Maintains proper office filing system, updating and controlling of F&B department duty roster and leave planner to ensure proper documentation are kept in placed.Maintain proper inventory record of all food and beverages, equipment and supplies to ensure par stock capacity at maximum.Assist Banquet on related tasks such as event order filing, product tags and tracking in ensuring smooth banquet operations.Work closely with all departments to ensure the entire operations is running smoothly.
