Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strong business acumen to identify opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and support customers throughout the sales cycle. If you have a passion for engineering and enjoy engaging with clients to deliver value-added solutions, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Sales, Marketing & Services of defined products
To select electrical and accessories in accordance with enquiries and / or tender specifications in consultation with immediate superior and / or Manager.
Handling key customers’ account activities and develop new customer base
To reply to customers’ techno-commercial queries on quotations submitted.
To have techno- commercial negotiations with suppliers to maximize the chances to secure the project / order.
To ensure proper compilation of Purchase order along with all back up papers and price calculations and order execution.
Sales & Marketing of rotating equipment and other Industrial Equipment product lines of the company.
Customer services which include daily operational activities, field supporting works and customer support activities.
Establish and maintain good rapport with clients through active follow-up and regular sales visits.
Involved on project tendering, proposal submission and sales presentation to client.
Payment collection follows up.
To perform other duties / assignments at such time and in such manner as Company may from time to time direct

Requirements

Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering disciplines (Electrical & Electronics)

Preferable 2-3 years’ working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Experience in Oil & Gas industrial will be in additional advantage.

Positive working attitude, Proactive, Initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Candidates must possess strong analytical and decision-making skills with good presentation skills and written communication skills.

Fluent in written & verbal Bahasa & English languages.

Possess own transport (car) and willing to travel / outstation
