We're seeking a seasoned and visionary Quality leader to drive excellence across all aspects of food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality systems within a complex, multi-category food manufacturing environment.
This strategic role is ideal for a senior executive who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s quality agenda, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and consumer trust—while enabling commercial growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and execute the long-term quality strategy, aligning with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
Champion a culture of quality across the organization, embedding best practices and driving proactive risk management.
Oversee quality systems, food safety programs, and regulatory compliance across all manufacturing and commercial operations.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and responsiveness to evolving industry standards.
Build and mentor a high-performing quality team, fostering technical excellence and leadership capability.
Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions that support innovation and customer satisfaction.
Drive quality-related innovation, leveraging data and insights to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance product integrity.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action programs to resolve complex quality challenges.
Act as a guardian of consumer safety and brand reputation, ensuring that every product reflects the organization’s commitment to quality and integrity.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the food industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing quality, compliance, or technical operations.
Proven expertise in food safety and quality standards, including FSSC 22000, HACCP, AIB, and GMP.
Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data-driven quality management.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing SOPs across complex manufacturing environments.
