Penerangan pekerjaanExcellent English and fluent in Nepali (able to read & write) Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions Malaysian Nationals / Permanent Residents with sound knowledge in both languages Must be working from home 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client (shift between 8 pm – 8 am, 9 hours shift including a one-hour break) Own home internet (stable, minimum 5MB download and 1MB upload speed) Own a mobile phone (Android Version 6 and above or iOS 12 and above) Willing to work permanent night shifts and on public holidays / weekends Salary : RM 30 per hour / approximately RM 5200 per month Entitled to 2 days off per week, rotating any day Public holidays and off days as per country served (US) Paid replacement leaves Answer calls promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and polite expressions Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the call Be punctual and available during scheduled work hours Follow client instructions and protocols to meet client expectations with the Limited English-speaking Person (LEP), avoiding interaction without client’s permission Purely interpretation (English to Nepali and Nepali to English) No dealing with escalation or providing resolutions
