Salt Talent Search is looking for a Card Product Manager for a 12 months contract role, this role is with one of our well-known Financial Services client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive cardholder engagement, usage, and retention.
- Identify product enhancements and usage drivers by leveraging customer insights, data analysis, and market benchmarking.
- Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement acquisition and usage initiatives
- Support the marketing team in developing campaign strategies, preparing proposal papers and business cases for senior leadership approval
- Execute marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, usage, and loyalty across cardholder segments
- Manage relationships with third-party providers (agencies, events, loyalty / partnership vendors) to execute initiatives
- Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization
- Act as the internal advocate for credit card usage initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and partner priorities
