Senior Network and Security Engineer in Cyberjaya at Logicalis
As a Senior Network and Security Engineer (Level 3 / SME), you will be part of the Managed Network and Security Team, dedicated to improving our customers' environments through automation and optimization. Great customer experience success is measured by our customers' systems compliance and availability.
You will :
- Provide third-level technical expertise and operational support for network and security service requests and issues.
- Be the final escalation point for technical knowledge and expertise.
- Lead workshops to identify trends and problems within customer environments.
- Develop new solutions to enhance our customer environments.
- Create permanent corrective fixes and deploy them following appropriate change processes.
- Document solutions and knowledge in Logicalis' knowledge management system.
- Mentor junior engineers to help develop their skills.
