Digital marketing manager
Your duties and responsibilities are as follows : -
- Spearheads the development and implementation of marketing strategies and guide the team that executes them.
- Identifies short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resources needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget.
- Conduct market research, develop concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Develop, execute and involve in creating contents for the organization's digital platforms such as social media and website to ensure information constantly up to date.
- Develop and execute digital campaigns and promotion ideas to increase followers, drive leads, improve engagement, and creating contents to generate brand awareness.
- Monitor all marketing team members' progress and work.
- To make accurate decisions, recommendations and successfully establish new business growth as well as create brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Operations Team to analyse results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Prepare digital content on social media platforms & handle influencers' sponsorship program.
- Copywriting for social media advertisements and knowledgeable in publishing advertisements online.
- Has aesthetic concepts to design brochures, logos, cards, advertisements, social media posts, and other communication materials.
- General photo & video editing.
- Able to coordinate with ad-hoc tasks.
