Support the design, analysis, and operational execution of the Bank's job architecture and internal mobility framework by conducting organisational design assessments, maintaining job grading structures, and enabling sustainable workforce planning through data-driven insights and mobility strategies.
The role supports the development and governance of :
- Job Architecture : job families, levels, role profiles, evaluation methods and grade structures that align with strategic workforce planning and HR systems.
- Career and Mobility Pathways : policies and processes that enable lateral, vertical, and rotational movement across functions, optimising workforce deployment and sustainability.
- Maintain and enhance the Bank's job architecture framework, including job families, levels, and role profiles, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with approved methodologies and systems.
- Support job evaluation and grading processes, including documentation, coordination with evaluation committees and application of frameworks such as Hay Reference Levels and WTW Global Grades, while preserving internal equity.
- Conduct organisational design and load spread analysis, identifying role overlaps, gaps and optimisation opportunities to support workforce sustainability, agility and strategic workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain job progression criteria and career pathways, supporting lateral, vertical and rotational mobility across functions in alignment with talent deployment strategies.
- Maintain the inventory and definitions of job families, ensuring they reflect current organisational needs and support succession planning, mobility and workforce readiness.
- Provide analytical support for succession management and workforce sustainability including role criticality assessments and mobility options to inform leadership decisions.
- Manage and update the job architecture and mobility database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and accessibility, and support reporting needs through dashboards and presentations.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on job architecture and mobility trends and contribute to cross-functional HC initiatives by providing insights and support for continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in HR-related programmes or other similar disciplines (specialisation in Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology is an added advantage). At least 3-5 years working experience in Job Architecture, Job Evaluation and Career Mobility or relevant HR areas internally or from a sizeable organisation (ideally from the financial industry).
