Responsibilities
- You're based in Malaysia and report to the regional lead in Singapore.
- Onboard and guide customers across the APAC region (focus on the Malaysian market), ensuring seamless implementation.
- Amplify active usage by cultivating deep and broad usage of the Lark product, introducing new features and sharing best practices.
- Commit to excellence to build exceptional customer experience and minimize churn.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with decision‑makers and executive buyers, reinforcing enduring partnerships.
- Drive desired customer outcomes by collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop reporting and insights for the Customer Success team to track value delivery and provide visibility to stakeholders.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role within a B2B context.Independent initiator : self‑starter who proactively engages customers and drives initiatives remotely.Effective communicator in English.Empathetic engagement : ability to genuinely connect with customers and respond empathetically.Strategic partnership skill : sees beyond immediate and understands customer business goals.Preferred : relevant experience in B2B SaaS industry.Mission‑driven mindset with ownership and accountability.Comfortable in a startup environment : entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable.A difference maker who brings fresh perspectives and creative ideas.About Lark
