General Manager (Construction & Engineering)
Our client, a reputable construction and engineering company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall business operations and strategic growth . The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and business development to achieve sustainable results.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in developing and executing business strategies and objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- Drive budgeting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring
- Lead and develop the management team to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence
