Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
  • Experience in administration is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates is welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, office management, and record keeping
  • Coordinate with agents and sales teams to manage export permits (SKV)
  • Handle renewal of tenancy agreements and liaise with landlords or property owners as required
  • Communicate and follow up with relevant government agencies (e.g., DVS, Land Survey, KPDNKK) when necessary
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
