Responsibilities
Handle all the data entry for all the payments of Marketing Division. Handle the preparation of agents and ‘suppliers’ payments, ensure timely payouts and other related works for the Company. Prepare top five vendors’ reconciliation for every quarter. Ensure withholding tax is paid within 30 days period. Handle all the related matters of inter-Group fund transfer for Marketing Division of the Company. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly schedules for reporting to the Corporate Reporting team. Assist in the preparation of pre-need commission payment of the Company. Assist in preparing yearly Agents’ income statements, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and completion. Assist in preparing tax information of the Company. Qualifications
Possess Diploma / Degree in Accounting or partial professional qualification. 2-5 years of relevant working experiences. Computer literate and well versed in MS Office. Seniority level
