Master Planner

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end production planning by developing optimized schedules in SAP to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory targets (ITO)
  • Bridge supply chain gaps by coordinating material availability with Purchasing and resolving bottlenecks with Manufacturing / QA teams
  • Balance demand vs. capacity through data-driven analysis of production capabilities and customer order prioritization
  • Drive continuous improvement by reducing excess inventory, implementing ECOs, and enhancing planning processes
  • Mentor a planning team while serving as the central hub for production issue resolution

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree (Technical / Supply Chain preferred) + 5+ years of planning experience in electronics / semiconductor manufacturing
  • SAP super-user skills (MPS, MRP) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros)
  • Leadership DNA – Ability to guide teams through supply chain crises while maintaining KPIs
  • Analytical rigor – Expertise in capacity modeling, demand / supply balancing, and inventory optimization
  • Stakeholder savvy – Multilingual communicator (English required) who aligns production realities with commercial needs
