Logistic Clerk

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper arrangement and identification of raw material and finished goods, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of raw materials and finished goods, etc. with proper handling and storage.
• Ensure practice of first-in-first-out (FIFO) and organize storage area by maximizing storage capacity for raw material and finished goods.
• To maintain safety stock level, to ensure that the inventory level is not in excess of the maximum stock level and to notify the management for corrective action should there be such occurrences.
• Regular execution of cycle count and stock take activities.
• Coordinate and monitor all incoming raw material and outgoing finished goods.
• To arrange, checking, updated all the daily incoming goods and outgoing goods.
• To implement the warehouse and logistic control system to ensure the smooth flow of raw material and finished goods.
• To record and updated daily logistic control system up to date from time to time
• To arrange and handle daily filling.
• To ensure the 5s practice is fully implemented at all time.
• To Assist head of department (HOD) or assistant logistic & warehouse manager from relevant department and subsidiaries for logistic & warehouse operation.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.
