    We are currently looking for a dedicated PHYSIOTHERAPIST cum ACTIVITY COORDINATOR to join our team. You will be the key person in providing ongoing support for the elders and the Care Service Team.

  • Ability to communicate well, both written and verbally.

  • Experience working with elderly people suffering from dementia or old age.
  • Medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities.
  • A passionate individual ready to develop and learn new skills in order to progress in their role.
  • Physically fit to carry out the duties and responsibilities of resident care
  • Age : years old.

    • You will play an essential role in : - You will be a dedicated yet easy-going team player with a passion for improving the quality of elders at EMS Medical Nursing Care. Your duties will include :

  • Comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments of a wide variety of elderly
  • Plan and coordinate activities for elders.
  • Exercise prescription and the formulation of care plans
  • Pain Management
  • Correspondence with residents, families, community patients, nursing and medical practitioners and equipment suppliers
  • Falls review and falls prevention management
  • You are needed to support overall elderly activities and events held at Zara Aisyah care centre.
  • You will be supporting the elders with their needs and creating a homely environment.

    • To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

  • Candidates with 1 year of experience related to this position. Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. The ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
  • A genuine passion for caring for a diverse client base, including elderly residents
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • A Physiotherapy qualification
