Production Supervisor / Line Leader (CNC Production)

Client Background :

We are representing a leading precision engineering and professional tooling services provider in Malaysia. They specialise in precision tooling and die-set design / refurbishment, CNC machining, fabrication, and general machining, and custom engineering solutions and rapid prototyping.

Job Description :

• Prepare work schedules and assign workers to production line tasks.
• Evaluate incoming orders and set up the production line accordingly.
• Optimise production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
• Identify and resolve production line problems in a timely manner.
• Perform recordkeeping tasks, including tool inventory and order tracking.
• Train and supervise new production line workers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Maintain fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
