JOB SCOPE : FINANCE :
- Responsible for managing the organization's finances, including processing payments, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Oversees budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and forecasting, while supporting grants and project proposals with financial reporting.
- Ensures compliance with finance standards, tax regulations, and company policies, coordinates finance-related meetings, and liaises with auditors, banks, government agencies, and other stakeholders for audits and financial reviews.
- Attending to Finance -related inquiries.
HUMAN RESOURCE :
Assist in the full cycle of recruitment.Preparing documents related to HR s , Payroll and Statutory payments timely.Updating and maintaining HR Employee database and filing.Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and guidelines comply and are applied consistently according to the Employment Act and the organization's requirements.Handling matters related to LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO and HRDC.Attending to HR-related inquiries.ADMIN :
Filing and maintaining all office files, reports, documents, bills and confidential records.Doing basic data entry, preparing reports and documents, updating current forms and templates as well creating new forms and templates as needed and required.Ensure any repairs are being addressed accordingly.Coordinate, source and purchase inventory, materials and things for pantry and office use.Responsible of Annual Subscription such as Zoom and License Renewals such as HRDC and etc.Assist in planning, coordinate and participate for Meetings and Events as needed and required.Any other related tasks may assign from time to time.REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Qualification Bachelor in Business Administration / Management / Human Resource / Finance / Social Work or related field.Must have at least 2 years and above of working experience in Human Resource and Finance is required.Candidates with prior experience in civil society organizations, encompassing charities, non-governmental organizations, or non-profit bodies are an advantage.Well versed in Finance / Accounts and Human Resource Management and Malaysian Employment Act and relevant policies.Experience in handling LHDN, KWSP and HRDC could be an advantage.Well versed in using Google Workspace and MS Office.Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.Able to coordinate between departments and managements.Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently,as a team and multitask.How to apply :
