Penerangan pekerjaanApprenticeship in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) processes for aerospace components i.e. airfoil blades and vanes under the guidance and supervision of an approval holder Carry out routine tasks that involve consistent processes and adherence to standard procedure Chemical and Mechanical Cleaning : Perform chemical and mechanical cleaning process to remove surface contaminants, impurities and heavy dirt Inspection : Perform visual and dimensional inspections; inspect pre-repaired component and determine the repair process in accordance with technical requirement (visual and dimension), customer request and etc Inspect post-repaired component in accordance with technical requirement Comply with established standards and specifications in routine tasks Qualify as certifying staff to produce “Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC)” Chemical and Mechanical Cleaning : Perform chemical and mechanical cleaning process to remove surface contaminants, impurities and heavy dirt Inspection : Perform visual and dimensional inspections Inspect pre-repaired component and determine the repair process in accordance with technical requirement (visual and dimension), customer request and etc Inspect post-repaired component in accordance with technical requirement Comply to established standards and specifications in routine tasks Qualify as certifying staff to produce “Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC)”

Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Quality and equivalent
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written English
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Minimum of 1 year working experience
