Penerangan pekerjaanA degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent from a reputable institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Class Upper or higher). Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. HVAC knowledge is a plus—but passion and problem‑solving drive matter most! Be part of a regional team, collaborating across multiple countries. Join Us as a Service Support Engineer – Applied Product (AP)
Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and supporting clients across the region? We’re looking for a dynamic Service Support Engineer to join our team and be the bridge between our products and our valued affiliates across Asia‑Pacific.
What You’ll Do :
- Support Our Affiliates : Provide technical assistance to affiliates in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
- Technical Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller systems, working closely with other departments to solve client problems effectively.
- Warranty Support : Investigate failures, provide logical and reasonable feedback to the factory, and implement countermeasures.
- Service Business Development : Help develop service tools, plan, and expand AP service business in the region.
