Front Desk Operations

  • Welcome customers with a warm smile and positive energy.
  • Handle calls, messages, and appointment bookings.
  • Keep the front area clean, calm, and comfy — because little details make a big difference.
  • Send friendly appointment reminders and follow-up calls to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Offer a cup of tea or a friendly chat — small gestures, big warmth.

Administrative Support

  • Help with data entry, filing, and simple paperwork.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and reports when needed.
  • Keep our records organized and up to date — you know, everything neat and tidy.

    • Delivery & Parcel Management

  • Coordinate with couriers and track deliveries so everything arrives on time.
  • Receive and check incoming parcels — making sure things are in good shape.

    • Communication & Coordination

  • Be the friendly bridge between departments — helping info flow smoothly.
  • Support team updates, reminders, and coordination for daily tasks.

    • Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Help organize company events and meetings — from setting up spaces to preparing materials.
  • Jump in to assist with special tasks or projects when needed.
