Responsibilities

Manage full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, depreciation, fixed assets, journal entries, account receivables & payables and other deliverable required for reporting purpose.
Participate in yearly financial audit & tax submission queries for year-end finalization.
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records & accounts.
Assist in data entry into the system.

Qualifications

Possesses at least LCCI, Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

Required language(s) : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Must have a positive working attitude and able to work independently and as a team.

Willing to self-learning and fast learner.

Preferable / Add advantage for SQL knowledge.

Preferable have experience & knowledge in construction accounting.
