Job Title : Manager - Building Information Modelling

Job Summary

Manages and drives BIM initiatives in accordance to the overall resources, timelines, standards, and client / organizational requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and resource planning to ensure the successful deliver of BIM deliverables
• Manage day-to-day BIM implementations, operations and deliverables.
• Develop, review and update the BEP and related documents.
• Lead the overall production and delivery of the detailed design model, coordinated, simulation and as-built models.
• Establish processes and protocols for data exchange and user right access to maintain model integrity and validity.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to facilitate RFIs, design changes, and ensure that the model is updated based on the resolutions provided.
• Lead the overall information production and data extraction for design, procurement, construction team and other stakeholders.
• Produce BIM progress report on bi-weekly / monthly basis or as requested to identify and measure BIM implementation progress.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
