Senior Network and Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

Senior Network and Infrastructure Engineer role at Tune Protect Group. The position is responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure. It provides Level 2 and Level 3 support, manages critical network issues, ensures system availability and performance, and contributes to network design and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networks across multi-site environments. Responsibilities

Monitor, support, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and internet connectivity across sites. Manage and maintain network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers). Respond to and resolve escalated incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. Configure and maintain network security policies, including VPNs, ACLs, and firewall rules. Assist in planning and execution of network upgrades, expansions, and migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and external vendors. Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and SOPs. Implement and monitor network performance, availability, and capacity. Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning related to networking. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with an enterprise networking focus. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware. Hands-on experience with Huawei Switches / Routers, Aruba switches, Palo Alto, Fortigate, SonicWall firewalls, and F5 load balancers. Experience with local WAN providers (e.g., TMB, Time). Aruba Wireless Access Points; ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including wireless APs, firewall, routers, switches, VPN, LAN, and WAN. Good knowledge of enterprise application / network protocols; ability to create accurate documentation and network diagrams. Act as a subject-matter expert for network technology; secondary server administration (Windows and / or Linux) is a plus. Ability to learn new technologies; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively.
