Penerangan pekerjaanGood skills in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Experience with SQL is an added advantage. Able to read & write in Mandarin due to job nature required. Ability to work independently. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of our clients' accounts.
- Manage filing, keep records, and ensure accurate document filing for our clients.
- Prepare related company transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
- Prepare and consolidate full-set accounts.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reports.
- Responsible for the company's financial and management reporting.
- Tax Submission Form C, Form E, Form Ea, CP204, CP204A.
Requirements :
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field & a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Accounting Certificate or equivalent.
Office Hours : Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
