Requirements
- Able to work at Taman Midah, Kuala Lumpur.
- Working days : Monday to Saturday.
- Fluent in spoken & written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Prefer candidate with relevant working experience.
- Strong attention to details, patience, and friendly.
- Willing to work overtime.
Responsibility
Managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce : process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, return and refund orders, raise purchase order, new product uploads, pricing and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.Liaise with Operation Team regarding order fulfilmentLiaise with Customer Service Team in handling all customer queries and complaintsLiaise with Finance Team regarding purchase order, invoices and payment.Other ad-hoc dutiesJob Type : Full-time
