Key Responsibilities :
Financial Administration
- Prepare quotations and invoices for clients following company templates and pricing
guidelines
Process incoming and outgoing payments in a timely mannerMaintain detailed records of all financial transactionsAssist with payroll processing, including EPF and SOCSO contributionsVerify and process employee claims and reimbursementsInventory Management
Track and document all incoming and outgoing goodsMaintain accurate inventory records and update the status of goodsGenerate regular inventory reports for management reviewReconcile physical inventory with system recordsAlert appropriate personnel of low stock or discrepanciesProject Coordination
Serve as liaison between administrative office and project managersCommunicate project updates and requirements to relevant stakeholdersAssist project managers with administrative needsMaintain project documentation and filing systemsSupport scheduling of project-related meetings and follow-upsRequirements :
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial or inventory role.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Effective written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience with accounting or inventory management software.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
