Responsibilities
- Carrying out duties assigned and complying with all company regulations.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of guests in both normal and emergency circumstances, and report to the PIC / In-Charge Cabin Crew on any incident that has endangered or could have endangered the safety of the operations.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Cabin Crew emergency procedures.
- Familiarity with aircraft galley equipment, catering stowage, and passenger amenities equipment.
- Ensure guests comfort and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Comply with applicable regulations as well as company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support the achievement of safety performance targets.
- Liaison between guests and the flight crew.
