Job Description

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of wafer sort equipment to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Analyse equipment data to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during equipment handling.
• Assist in the installation and qualification of new wafer sort equipment.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for equipment usage and maintenance.
• Provide technical training and guidance to operators and junior engineers.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving production targets and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Wafer Sort Equipment Engineer should have :

• A degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Experience with wafer sort equipment or similar manufacturing machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety and operational standards in industrial settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
