As an IC Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing the relationship and affairs related to the LEX group of Independent Couriers (IC). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the performance of IC aligns with the company's goals and strategies.
Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Head of Fleet, you will have to :
- System admin for Courier 360 which is LEX IC performance management system include performance reviews, rewards, training, termination & other related features.
- Performance ownership. As the process owner for monitoring the performance of Independent Couriers. Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the performance of ICs against established standards.
- Performance management. Regularly review the performance of Independent Couriers, analyzing data and metrics to assess adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. Provide feedback and guidance to ICs to help them improve performance and meet performance targets.
- Contract management & termination. Ensure that contracts are up-to-date, accurately reflect the terms and conditions of the partnership, and follow company policies and legal requirements. In cases where Independent Couriers fail to meet performance expectations or violate contractual agreements, manage the process of contract termination. Coordinate with legal and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruptions to business operations.
- Relationship Management. Cultivate strong and positive relationships with Independent Couriers to foster collaboration, trust, and mutual understanding. Serve as the primary point of contact for ICs, addressing their concerns, resolving disputes, and advocating for their needs. Job Requirements Requirements / Qualifications(must have) :
- Minimum 2 years of HR related experience in recruitment, hiring & termination process.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Solid experience in performance analysis, data collection, and presentation of results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects, priorities and meet deadline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
