Process Technician (End Of Line)

Sustain daily equipment setup for production output and process engineering for ink marking, laser marking, DISCO pkg sawing, TOWA molding, Trim, Form & Singulation.

Assist engineers to run engineering evaluations for improvement projects.

Assist manufacturing specialist / operator in equipment set up.

To carry out machine conversion, troubleshooting and repair.

Assist engineers on the process evaluation and new process set-up for new product.

Carry out Daily Down time monitoring and compilation recording.

Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Duties / Job Responsibilities

• Carry out machine set up and tooling conversion to support EOL production.
• Assist process engineers to do various types of process evaluation.
• Assist process engineers with troubleshooting & process optimization.
• Assist maintenance engineers for troubleshooting equipment.
• Assist Manufacturing specialist / operator to clear minor equipment stoppages.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation.
• Ensure that safety and housekeeping requirements are met.
• Any other job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as and when required.
