Senior / Process Engineer - SMT

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all SMT processes, engineering problem solving and productivity promotion.
• Provide SMT process instruction for manufacturing.
• Provide DFM report, GR&R, CpK, FMEA.
• Good skills set of stencil design, pallet design.
• Good experience in reflow, wave soldering, underfill, glob top, press fit, PCBA cleaning.
• Handle process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap and cycle time.
• Conduct engineering change and evaluation.
• Transfer new products, processes, tooling, equipment and technology.
• Provide accurate data / report or recommendation to higher management if required.
• Prepare presentation package to management.
• Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
• Experience in handling DEK, ASM, AOI, X-ray, Router machine (extra advantage).
