Job Description

This position will be responsible to perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and servicing : Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics : Identify issues and determine the root cause of malfunctions using diagnostic tools
• Repair and replacement : Fix faulty components or replace them when necessary
• Testing and calibration : Ensure systems and equipment meet required standards through testing and calibration procedures
• Documentation and reporting : Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs and repair reports
• Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical & electronic systems such as motors, pumps, and PLC.
• Work from verbal or written instructions, drawings, schematics, or sketches.
• Always comply with company protocols and safety requirements.
• Obtain and maintain all required skill certifications.
• Use quality techniques in performance of assigned tasks
• Maintain equipment and working areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Perform other projects, tasks, and duties necessary to support site and corporate operations.
• Perform 5S activities
