Senior Executive, HR Business Partnering

Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large‑scale branded and transaction‑oriented events in 14 specialist markets, driving buyer–seller relationships and transactions. We also provide year‑round online platforms for companies to showcase products and for buyers to conduct research.

This role is based in our Sunway VISIO Tower office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across Malaysia and other regional offices.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating communications, and maintaining employee records.
• Assist in organising training and development programmes that align with business and employee needs.
• Ensure HR compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement activities, surveys, and process improvements.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with HR metrics tracking for management review.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote a positive workplace culture.
