Business Development Manager (Theme Park)

Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with IP owners, brands, agencies, and corporate partners. Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to maximize value for the park. Explore opportunities for co-branded experiences, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns. Develop business cases and financial models for new projects and partnerships. Monitor performance of partnerships and initiatives to ensure ROI and contract compliance. Manage budgets and prepare regular reports for senior management. Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Liaise with creative and operations teams to ensure partner requirements are integrated into guest experiences. Lead presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective partners and stakeholders. Represent the theme park at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage CRM systems effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably in entertainment, leisure, or tourism industries. Proven track record of securing partnerships and delivering revenue growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Excellent analytical and financial acumen; able to develop and present compelling business cases. Creative thinker with the ability to identify unique opportunities and solutions. Strong business sense and strategic thinking. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong project management and organizational skills. Passion for the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry.
