Job descriptionEnsure all RCN are completed with all necessary information and submitted in a sequence number and tally with company's record. Prepare monthly RCN report. Arrange stock inter branch transfer (IBT) to East Malaysia. Request stocks for cash sales, in kind and premium for retailers. Assist in any complaints / enquiries related to order and returned stocks. Coordinate and facilitate meetings for General Manager. Update weekly sales, and handle additional assignments such as conduct sales analysis delegated by General Manager. Provide administrative support to the sales team by performing clerical duties, maintaining files, organizing documents, photocopying, reviewing the Advertising & Promotion Proposals (APP) forms and reviewing Advertising & Promotion (A&P) claim forms submitted by sales team. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior / HOD / General Manager from time to time. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in business management or related field. Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales coordinator functions for medical / healthcare industry. Fresh graduate and intern (final year) are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia Attentive to details, resourceful and organized. Able to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of people. Possess good working attitude, ability to work independently, good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities :
Daily order processing
- Ensure all units price being provided tally with mechanics and approved by respective product manager.
- Submit orders to distributor and ensure all orders, invoices and stocks deliver out to customer within the time frame given.
- Checking back orders on daily basis and get marketing advice to release back orders for ready stocks.
- Approved orders through system accordingly.
Process request for credit note (RCN)
Assist sales and marketing team in daily operation
