Autowell Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Wuxi Autowell, is looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role will be integral in assembling, installing, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance. The Assembly Technician will adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement processes. The position will also contribute to maintaining high levels of equipment uptime and minimizing downtime. Job Responsibilities Complete mechanical assembly tasks on time according to the mechanical drawings. Follow the work instructions for assembly strictly and provide reasonable feedback / suggestions. Demonstrate hard-working attitude, responsibility, and good team spirit. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor / leadership. Support maintenance of equipment uptime and work to minimize downtime. Job Requirements Proven experience as an assembly technician, or in a similar technical role, preferably within manufacturing or production environments (1-2 years of experience). Hands-on experience with assembly tools, diagnostic equipment, and troubleshooting methods. Problem-solving : Excellent troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues during assembly, testing, and maintenance. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for accurate documentation, reporting, and team collaboration. Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while maintaining focus on equipment performance and safety.
