Job Summary
- The Analyst, Subscription Sales is responsible for driving subscription growth and revenue for MYTV Mana-Mana through strategic sales planning, partnership management, and customer acquisition initiatives. The role emphasizes digital media expertise, understanding of consumer behavior, and knowledge of the Malaysian streaming market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales plans, pursue new business (B2C & B2B), and align campaigns with marketing and content teams.Customer Acquisition & Retention : Optimize digital and offline funnels, reduce churn, and analyze market trends.Partnership Management : Build and manage partnerships with telcos, retailers, and corporates; negotiate deals and co-marketing activities.Performance & Reporting : Track sales performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams on pricing, promotions, and user engagement.Requirements
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Communications.Experience : 2–4 years in Sales / Digital Marketing (preferably in streaming).Skills : Sales & negotiation, communication, digital advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok), and knowledge of Malaysian media market.Attributes : Results-driven, adaptable, passionate about digital content.Preferred : Experience in subscription / OTT services, digital marketing analytics, bilingual (Bahasa Malaysia & English).Job Type : Full-time
