Customer Acquisition & Retention : Optimize digital and offline funnels, reduce churn, and analyze market trends. Partnership Management : Build and manage partnerships with telcos, retailers, and corporates; negotiate deals and co-marketing activities. Performance & Reporting : Track sales performance, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities. Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams on pricing, promotions, and user engagement. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Communications. Experience : 2–4 years in Sales / Digital Marketing (preferably in streaming). Skills : Sales & negotiation, communication, digital advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok), and knowledge of Malaysian media market. Attributes : Results-driven, adaptable, passionate about digital content. Preferred : Experience in subscription / OTT services, digital marketing analytics, bilingual (Bahasa Malaysia & English). Job Summary
