Job descriptionDraft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Manage legal risks and support compliance initiatives. Liaise with regulators and external counsel. Associate (Law Firm) Draft legal documents, conduct research, and advise clients. Support senior lawyers in managing diverse portfolios. Gain exposure to complex and high-value transactions. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with admission to practice in Malaysia. 3 - 5 years PQE (for Associate) or 5 - 7 years PQE (for Legal Counsel). Strong drafting, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Exposure to banking / finance law (for Counsel) or corporate / litigation (for Associate). Work with respected names in banking and law.
