Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in driving the overall sales strategy and achieving ambitious revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales initiatives
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing campaigns
- Actively participate in the recruitment and training of new sales team members
